Care rooted in listening, comfort, and connection
Your Registered Massage Therapist believes effective care begins with making sure you feel heard.

About your Registered Massage Therapist
Before becoming an RMT, she spent years in personal support work, caring for people through many different stages and circumstances. That experience deepened her patience and showed her how meaningful it is to offer care that respects the whole person — not only what hurts, but how someone is feeling that day.
Her Registered Massage Therapy education and clinical training gave her the knowledge and hands-on skills to turn that passion into focused, therapeutic care. She brings those skills together with a calm, attentive approach, taking time to understand what brought you in and what you hope to get from treatment.
Her philosophy is simple: your care should feel collaborative. You'll talk about your goals, areas of tension, pressure preferences, and comfort before you begin. The treatment may focus on relaxation, pain relief, recovery, or a combination that helps you feel more comfortable and connected to your body.
On your first visit, you can expect a warm, judgment-free welcome and a thoughtful conversation about your health and needs. Questions are always encouraged, and you can ask to adjust the treatment at any point. This is your time, and she wants you to leave feeling cared for, informed, and supported.
